We have a well-stacked library with more than 20,000 volumes of books and a good number of journals and periodicals are subscribed for the benefit of the students and staff. The Reference Section has a variety of standard encyclopedias, dictionaries and standard reference books on almost all topics at the school level.
Well-qualified librarians and assistants, are always available to render any help to the users of the library. The library is computerized and equipped with a Photocopier for taking copies of any relevant article from the reference section of the library. A leased line internet connection is operational in the school library and students are allowed to use this facility on any day.
The library is enriched every year and replenished with new volumes of books, magazines, journals, periodicals and latest reference materials to keep in pace with the rest of the world.

Chess can be used very effectively as a tool to teach problem solving and abstract reasoning. Learning how to solve a problem is more important than learning the solution to any particular problem. Through chess, we learn how to analyze a situation by focusing on important factors and by eliminating distractions. We learn to devise creative solutions and put a plan into action.
Carrom is identified as a Sport where discipline and behavior are developed rapidly. It also strengthens the thinking power of players and teaches how to make quick decisions at suitable times. The foot movements also play an important role in this sport.
Badminton is a recreational sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), that take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents' half of the court. Each side may only strike the shuttlecock once before it passes over the net. A rally ends once the shuttlecock has struck the floor, or if a fault has been called by either the umpire or service judge or, in their absence, the offending player, at any time during the rally.
